  3. Zip cars are great, I use them since I got rid of my car. like to post a link as food for neighborhoods in Brooklyn did a study of their parking situation, whether to do a residential parking permit.Highlights:1) The study seems very relevant to us study area was just over a mile square containing 40,000 residents. They have over 100% parking usage like us. Like us they have more vehichles than resident parking spots (~4000 RPP spots for ~8000 resident vehicles versus the number for Hoboken ~4000 RPP versus ~14000 -source Councilwoman Mason)2) They do not have RPP, the study warns that getting non-resident cars off the street would unleash demand, which is what we see in Hoboken3) The study propose three solutions, 1)what we have now (which work) 2) Limit RPP to the number of spots and do a lottery 3) Charge highter rates for RPP with the [...]

Prior to this study, it was unclear how senescent cells contributed to aging. The cells make up a very small of all tissue, somewhere between 1 and 4 percent in even the oldest animals, and many doubted that such a small number of cells could have such a toxic effect. Rather, they thought, when the cells lost their ability to divide, the inability to replace lost tissue might be what caused symptoms of aging. The new research appears to validate the idea of senescent-cell toxicity. “Now that we know the cells play a role in aging, it’s investing in trying to find a way to eliminate them,” says Felipe Sierra, the director of aging biology at the National Institute on Aging, who was not involved in the research. Not only does the study propose a biomarker for aging, levels of p16Ink4a, but it validates the idea that it might be [...]

Your bars look really yummy. I once made lemon bars for a Halloween potluck and colored them orange. Everyone there was absolutely convinced that they were orange-flavored, even though I tried to convince them otherwise. The power of suggestion… have to try actually making them with orange juice.

about orange juice. 100 percent fresh orange juice is not enough for me. I like orange juice from “concentrate” which means it was once concentrated to be efficiently and then water is added to recover the original thickness. It is never a natural process for orange juice. I can distinguish orange juice whether it is from concentrate or not. “From concentrate” orange juice lacks the good orange fragrance which from concentrate” has. ” not from concentrate” orange juice is very rare in both Japan and Canada. But I finally found this brand of orange juice. It tastes good. I love it!

The person I talked to have such extreme views, I think. If did get his position right, he thinks that in many cases, punishment does not have a remedial effect, and he would probably have denied that the state might justly inflict retributive punishment even if it had neither remedial nor preventive effects. As to the remedial effects, we also discussed other punishment. He holds that punishments, if they have an effect at all, will lead people to avoid evil because they dread the punishment, and not because the punishment helps them see the error of their ways. (Well, there was more to his position, but I have to rush and work.)

Many consumers of nutritional supplements do not realize that there is an impending danger to their Right to take nutritional supplements, including Vitamin B12. Codex Alimentarius, or for a of the Central American Free Trade Agreement, CAFTA, could result in an international body, the World Trade Center (WTC), restricting or banning the personal use of nutritional supplements in order to ‘harmonize’ U.S. law to international standards. Supplement use is severely restricted in many European countries. To prevent this from happening here, consider Dr. Ron Paul for the presidency of the US. Ron Paul understands that individuals have rights and, as a Congressman, has introduced legislation to protect right to take nutritional supplements. Check it out at

“Original antigenic sin, also known as the Hoskins effect, refers to the propensity of the body’s immune system to preferentially utilize immunological memory based on a previous infection when a second slightly different version, of that foreign entity (e.g. a virus or bacterium) is encountered. This leaves the immune system “trapped” by the first response it has made to each antigen, and unable to mount potentially more effective responses during subsequent infections. The phenomenon of original antigenic sin has been described in relation to influenza virus, dengue fever, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and to several other viruses. [...] Original antigenic sin is of in the application of vaccines. The specificity and the quality of the immune response is often diminished in individuals who are repeatedly immunized (by vaccination or recurrent infections).”

because you think its bull. used it it cleared up my gout. It is used in hospitals
especially burn units even here in the states. Western medicine will never embrace a product like this they only treat symptoms for cronic disease. Also how do you explain the fact that this co.
has been in biz. for 38 years that is one hell of a scam!! Where are the complaints? Only from
airbag sceptics like you that have never even tried the product or done the research. just google
neg ion and then tell me theres no scientific research going on- theres a current study for treatment of cancer because it cant live in an alkaline system and neg iions help stablize the blood calcium creating a proper ph of 7.4 this is a [...]

The lost me when it threw in the terms “normative” and “self-reflexive”.

It was explained above that post-normal science is invoked “where it is believed that action cannot wait for real scientific proof, so (if it weren’t all eco-balony) it is not unreasonable to try to make a decision”.

I agree that sometimes leaders have to act before all the data is in, but when they do, let them be clear that what they are doing is acting on a “best estimate” and glorify it with the lie that they are acting on full scientific evidence.

    The science is never “settled”.
